Neighbours helping Neighbours are running a series of free lunches over winter to help feed those in need, and keep the community connected.

Member for Tamworth Kevin Anderson was fortunate to attend one of these events and congratulated Neighbours helping Neighbours and thanked them for hosting this event.

"Neighbours helping Neighbours are the epitome of what makes our regional communities a great place to live, work and play," Mr Anderson said.

"A real community working to lift each other up, stay connected and support each other.

"I want to congratulate Llana, Ken, Collette, Jo and everyone involved in contributing to these amazing events."
