LAST CHANCE TO VOTE FOR YOUR COMMUNITY PROJECT – TIME IS RUNNING OUT
Time is running out for community members to support their favourite ideas for improving their local area in the My Community Project.
Member for Tamworth Kevin Anderson said voting lines set to close on Thursday, 15 August.
“I’m encouraging anyone aged 16 and older not to miss out on the unique opportunity of deciding which projects are funded by visiting www.mycommunityproject.service.nsw.gov.au and voting.
“The My Community Project program has attracted a fantastic response right around the region.
“There are 21 projects up for the vote in this innovative and exciting program.
“This vote allows residents the opportunity to vote for three to five of their best-liked local projects.
“Voting is easy and takes less than 10 minutes, all you need is your Medicare card and a free MyServiceNSW Account, which also provides access to a range of NSW Government services such as the CTP Green Slip refund for eligible policyholders.
“A visit to the Service NSW centres in Tamworth and Gunnedah provides another opportunity to cast a vote.
“The helpful staff can show people how to view projects and cast a vote online.
But the clock is ticking,” Mr Anderson concluded.

Successful projects are to be announced in September 2019. My Community Project is made possible by the NSW Generations Fund.
