ANDERSON ON THE JOB FOR ANOTHER FOUR YEARS
Member for Tamworth Kevin Anderson has thanked the Tamworth electorate for their support at the 2015 election.
Mr Anderson said that he is very humbled to be re-elected as the Member for Tamworth for another four years.
“A lot has been achieved over the past four years, like funding for the Tamworth Hospital, the Barraba Pipeline and the Manilla Road upgrade, but there is still much more to be done,” Mr Anderson said.
“I have a solid plan for the future of our electorate and I will continue to be a strong voice for the region.
“There has been significant investment in our roads, in health and in our schools, and people are working with construction well underway on many projects.
“Over the next four years I will deliver the freight rail hub for Tamworth, upgrade the Gunnedah Hospital and Gunnedah Police Station.
“There will be more investment in our schools, we will keep our record police numbers, while bringing in more nurses and specialists to the new Tamworth Hospital.
“I will continue to work hard to ensure that we get our fair share for the region.
“I look forward to working with the electorate and being a strong voice within the government to continue delivering for our region.”
